It is sad I was not taken seriously ...

for now the matter is with those who do things ... when things go wrong ... and a death is involved. 

And it is, I hope the start of that journey that others do not suffer the same fate. Which time and again happens. 

It is fact if some one leaves their post suddenly and it continued in various forms throughout my care, too ... it should be taken seriously the consequences of such actions in the lives of the vulnerable in our society.

That is fact too.
