that I felt more in tune with myself and although the sun did not tempt me outside today. I did have the windows open to let the air circulate. And I usually do when using any sort of cleaning stuff, but again try and not have too many, if any harsh chemicals, preferring ease of cleaning without the fumes.
I am out of touch with the world, although I have just heard an advert about the neurological brain that 1 in 6 of us have and making it aware ... so it is ironic I have posted a blog today myself briefly touching that issue. My sis knows the news bother me ... always something to annoy me... for the present time ...
I dislike newspapers; so it is difficult to keep up with current affairs still.
