When my house was functional I was hot on stock rotation. It was suggested that I would be a good stock shelf filler.
The mass of produce that will be flying off the shelves; will mean unless there is enough staff and time to do the job properly ... the dates will not always be good.
And as I found tonight; the freshest dates were in front of the stock needing to be eaten first. One always need the wits about one ... when shopping ... not good when you have been in the situation we have been in ...
